Spine Surgery Program
Spine surgeons at HOI continue to perform the highest volume of surgeries in Orange County, while leading innovation and research. One of HOI’s premier fellowship-trained spine surgeons performed the first single-portal endoscopic spine surgery in early 2025, a breakthrough technique done through a single incision less than one centimeter in size. Surgeons at the Beverly Hills surgery center continue to lead in outpatient spine surgery while utilizing robotic technology, which is also in use at the hospital. HOI spine surgeons held the second annual Spine Symposium, which saw more than 100 spine leaders across the state gather to share the latest in complex spine surgery, deformity and reconstructive surgery.
