HOI continues to receive awards and national recognition for patient experience and has consistently received Press Ganey Patient Experience awards, including the 2024 Guardian of Excellence® for Patient Experience for the ninth consecutive year and 5-star rating by CMS.

HOI is the only hospital in Southern California to consistently receive high star ratings in the Hospital Patient Survey Star Rating by CMS.
