HOI’s Beach Cleanup Team
HOI KEEPS OUR BEACHES CLEAN
In October 2019, HOI staff and family members teamed up with employees at Google Irvine to participate in a beach cleanup, hosted by the Newport Beach Chapter of Surfrider Foundation. Teams cleaned up bags of beach trash for two hours to do their part to help the environment.
HOI’s Walk to Cure Arthritis team
SUPPORT FOR LOCAL AND NATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS
In 2019, HOI was a proud supporter of the following community programs and charity events:
2019 Arthritis Walk
Hoag Orthopedic Institute was the signature sponsor for the 2019 Walk to Cure Arthritis in Orange County, Calif. A team of 50 gathered to walk for the cause at Angel Stadium in Anaheim on May 20, 2019 and raise awareness for arthritis, which affects millions of Americans every year.
